The nutritional value of millet

The nutritional value of millet is very high. It contains protein 9, fat and vitamins. In addition to food, it can also be used to make wine and caramel. The protein content of millet is higher than that of rice. The fat and carbohydrate content is not lower than that of rice and wheat. It also contains carotene, which is not contained in general grains, and the content of vitamin B1 ranks first among all grains.
